Ten Lines of Truth
My ex told his best friend
I didn’t allow him to have bacon.
His friend called him whipped
and bought another shot.
But what I really said was,
he could have all the bacon
he bought, cooked, and
cleaned up himself. Turns out
he didn’t want bacon that much.
Or me.
